Alyssa Powell's photography career started during her time at San Diego State University. She received a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and also decided to pursue her passion for photography by starting her own business: Alyssa Powell Photography.
She has shown her pictures at galleries at the Elemental Experience Festival in 2009 and at Bar Basic in downtown San Diego. Alyssa has taken pictures for companies such as the Infusion Project, San Diego Entertainment & Arts Guild, San Diego Entertainer Magazine, and Event Network. She is a member of AIGA and Cambridge Who's Who. She also was a finalist for the Photographer's Forum Magazine "Best of 2009" photography competition.
Her forte is fashion and advertising photography but she also loves to take pictures of nature, especially the beach. She also does live photography at concerts and interesting events. Inspired by hot fashion, pop culture, creative artists and great music, Alyssa is here to take pictures and show others where her imagination takes her.
